30-Day Returns — Hassle-Free — Uninstalled & Original Condition
1. Return Policy Overview
Pico Auto Parts accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original, uninstalled condition — unused, unmodified, and in original packaging with all included hardware and documentation.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

⚠ Tires that have been mounted on a wheel — even if never driven on — are considered used and cannot be returned. Please verify fitment before mounting.
3. Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your FedEx tracking confirmation. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
The 30-day window begins on the date FedEx marks the shipment as delivered.
Return requests must be submitted by email before sending any item back.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
4. How to Start a Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Email us at info@picoautoparts.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will respond within 1–2 business days with your RMA number and return shipping instructions.
Package the item securely in its original packaging. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
📦 Do not ship returns to our address without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than original condition at our discretion.
Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days before the refund appears on your statement.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or a defective product?
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Email info@picoautoparts.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Do not install or attempt to use a defective item — this voids the defect claim.
We will provide a prepaid FedEx return label for defective or incorrect items.
Replacement orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving the return.
7. Freight Returns — Tires & Wheels
Tires, wheels, and other oversized items that originally shipped via FedEx Freight require special handling for returns.
Contact us first at info@picoautoparts.com to receive return freight instructions and an RMA number.
Do not schedule your own freight pickup — we will arrange the return shipment on your behalf.
Items must be packaged securely on the original pallet or in original packaging where possible.
Freight return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
8. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, model, or product, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
Initiate a return for the original item within 30 days.
Place a new order for the correct item — no need to wait for the return to be processed.
Your refund for the returned item will be issued within 5–7 business days of receipt.
